Exercise tip

Just something easy to do.

You will need a 2"x4" about two feet long. They are very easy to come by. You can do this at the kitchen counter or in front of the TV. Place the board in front of you, place the ball's of your feet on top of the board about a foot apart. All you do now is raise up and down. It gives the shapely look ladies like for their calves and will put more of a bounce in your walk for the guys. Start out doing just 10 or 15 at a time three times a day for the first week then increase as you get use to it.
