People are always asking what kind of exercise is the best to lose weight.
Well the Best is to exercise your SELF disipline of what and how much you"re putting into your mouth ! Really, it's
the truth. People always have a choice on which person inside them they choose to feed ; the little one that is passive but
very depressed because they want out to go dancing, to play with the kids or just to run and play.......but instead most people
choose to feed the fat, loud and whinny one that lies to them about what there eating and especially why there eating it.
The fat one is hateful and a liar. Mean while you don't hear the little one until things get quiet. More or less you feel
them. They are depressed and wore out from trying to get you to do the right thing. If only you could stand up for them and
show some tough love to the fat one. Oh well we all have to make that choice everyday, some of us have to make that choice
several times a day ! Be wise and be kind to the little one.
