About easy to remember and easy to do exercises that are done to burn calories, tone muscles and exercise the heart without feeling like you enlisted in the Marines. However this site is mainly for the ones that DON"T want to exercise, Don't have time for a regular work out routine and Don't want to do a lot of exercising at once. You don't have to be really overweight to be really out of shape. The only real way for you to get started is by setting small goals you can reach quickly and doing exercises that are simple yet effective. Just be honest with yourself because you're the one that matters. When it's time to move on to bigger things you will know. Or you can simply email me and we can talk. Simple and easy.
             Go see the free single videos of single simple exercises that can be done in seconds and repeated during the day at your convenience. Imagine doing a hundred push ups a day!!! Not what you think....try 5 or 10 at a time (average time this takes, 5 to 7 seconds)  10 times a day.  It's the same with other exercises. Every little bit adds up and that's what we intend to show you. If you have ever had a friend 60 plus pounds overweight or an older friend that has never exercised then you really have no idea how hard these simple exercises can really be to someone that desperately needs to start. This simple work out was originally designed for a friend that was 60 plus pounds overweight and got easly discouraged with other routines he had tried. I showed it to several people including other trainers and found out that average people that just wanted to get started or would like a new and simple routine could really benefit from this little, yet simple routine also........more to come !!!
